Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. We switch on call forwarding for unanswered calls, which takes two minutes on most UK mobiles and landlines, and we walk you through it.
What counts as a missed call?
Any call you don't answer: rings out, declined, or you're already on another call.
What does the text say?
Whatever you want. We'll write it with you when we set you up, and you can change it anytime.
Will customers know it's automated?
Yes. The first text says it's an automated assistant for your business, because people trust that more than a bot pretending to be you. It only gathers details. It never quotes, books or promises anything on your behalf.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime with no exit fee.
Is there a limit on texts?
100 texts a month are included (sent and received), which covers around 20–25 conversations and is plenty for most trades. If you're busier than that, we'll let you know before anything stops.
